We've eliminated this major drawback with our product, as the hand shower holder is also a shut-off valve with a ceramic insert, which we first open by tilting the hand shower forward and returning the hand shower to its original position. This way, the entire system is constantly without water pressure, and water flow is only created by tilting the hand shower head forward and activating the spray lever.
Lever activation:
- with the hand shower tilted forward, the valve opens (ON)
- Upon returning to the holder, the system switches off (OFF).
