Public tender for establishing or upgrading electronic business in SMEs in the period 2019-2022 "E-BUSINESS 2019-2022"
As part of the E-BUSINESS 2019-2022 call, which is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the company Prosan doo successfully obtained grants for the implementation of the project "PROSAN - E-BUSINESS 2020" (short : PROSAN2020). As part of the project activities, the company will digitalize performances at trade fairs, establish a new website for foreign markets and an online store, produce a product-sales video and strengthen competences with the help of training.

The purpose of the operation
The purpose of the public tender is to support SMEs through the co-financing of eligible costs of setting up or upgrading electronic business, which, by adopting an electronic way of doing business, can more easily enter global value chains and new markets, increase the international competitiveness of their business, improve and speed up interaction with business partners abroad, send and collect information more efficiently and improve relationships throughout the supply chain.

The company Res Rei doo will carry out all the mentioned measures as part of the operation.

DIGITALIZATION OF PERFORMANCES AT FAIRS 

In this operation, digital content will be prepared and designed for presentation at fairs.

WEBSITES FOR FOREIGN MARKETS, ONLINE SHOP

As part of the planned digitization of business operations, we will offer end customers the possibility of creating a final product based on their needs and wishes on foreign markets through innovative tools (online store, website), which will simplify the business model itself.

The online store will allow an easier overview of the offered products, but in the end, the end customer will also be able to independently influence the final appearance of the final product at every point of planning his order, and assemble the product as he wishes. With this, the planned measures will significantly contribute to more effective product planning and improve business processes in our company.

When integrating the planned measures, we will take into account high requirements and standards for digital security, so we will require external contractors to make products according to the most modern standards and security protocols. Also, as part of the operation, we will inform and train our employees and some existing foreign business partners who will use our digital software on digital security, as we are aware that employees who do not know the security risks in the business environment represent the greatest danger.

PRODUCT-SALE VIDEO 

Creation of the script, content and translations into three languages, as well as production and post-production of the product-sales video. The measure will directly and indirectly help to increase sales and raise brand recognition in foreign markets.

STRENGTHENING OF COMPETENCES - TRAINING 

As part of strengthening competences for individual measures, with the help of external consultants, we will teach our employees new skills and handling of new software tools, thereby increasing their efficiency and their competences. With new skills, employees will be even more efficient and creative at work, and they will also be able to contribute to the further sustainable development of our company with new tools.

The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The amount of grants we received for the purpose of carrying out the operation amounts to EUR 29,960.00.
